JB and Lennae Klyap have been outfitting Dome Mountain Ranch since the beginning in 1998. Prior to that time both were employed in Yellowstone National Park where they fell in love with the area and one another.
Living and working in Paradise Valley, Montana along the Yellowstone River continues to be a dream come true for this outdoor couple. Each takes great personal pride in sharing their knowledge of the local rivers, mountains, wildlife and other attractions. In a short amount of time they've helped Dome Mountain Ranch become well respected in the outdoor industry with a long list of return clients and endless smiles.
We know how busy life can get-we're here to help slow you down and give you a true taste of "Montana Time". Here in Paradise Valley, Montana you will find that personal attention is still a part of every day life.

Lennae grew up in a small rural area where fishing and hunting were and still are considered family traditions. The ladies especially appreciate her ability to teach basic techniques and spend time on the small streams with her. As for the men, they often find themselves humbled by her natural casting abilities. She has fished for 300 pound Tarpon off the Florida Keys, Bonefish in Belize and the Bahamas, but finds herself at home in the local Montana waters for pristine trout. She is often the ?go to? for just about everyone at breakfast in the lodge when it comes time for ?fly selection? for the day, and on the average often makes better choices than some self-acclaimed season guides. Several years fishing the waters of Yellowstone Park and hiking miles of the backcountry serve as a great knowledge base. She has truly preserved her enjoyment of the outdoors and willingly shares it with others.

Montana Outfitter Jim "JB" Klyap grew up fishing and enjoying the outdoor opportunities in Pennsylvania, and brings to the table a hard working and ethical no-nonsense professional approach to his work. He takes each and every day of each clients trip personally and bases the success on his clients own personal enjoyment.
His background in education eventually led him to become a professional outfitter/guide for the past 20 years. His character and skills offer a unique and refreshing approach to sharing the wonders of the Yellowstone area. He'll make sure you never have a bad day of fishing.
